Milton Keynes Dons have tonight signed teenage winger Mustapha Carayol on a two-year contract.

The 18-year-old, Gambia-born forward becomes Paul Ince's fifth capture of the summer after putting pen to paper at stadium:mk on Friday night.

Having been brought in on trial by Ince, Carayol has shown real promise with a string of impressive performances. After playing in the goalless draw at Crawley he starred in the Dons XI 5-1 win over Ampthill, scoring twice.

The former Swindon trainee played a late cameo in the win over Chelsea two weeks ago before scoring the equaliser at Bedford Town to preserve the Dons' unbeaten pre-season record.

Carayol will be part of the squad travelling to Kettering on Saturday and could see his first action as an official Dons player at the A-Line Arena.
